White Hill

A summit in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, White Hill rises to just beyond 50m (164 feet), a quarter-mile (0.5 km) southwest of Crouse and 2 miles (3 km) south of Spittal. This is an example of a drumlin, one of many hereabouts, deposited under an ancient ice sheet and aligned NNE-SSW suggesting the direction of flow.
