Barluell

An oval summit located within plantation forest in NW Dumfries and Galloway, Barluell is an example of a drumlin, one of many hereabouts, all deposited beneath an ancient ice sheet. It rises to 143m (469 feet) a half-mile (0.8 km) east of Loch Dornal.
