Airbles Railway Station

Airbles Railway Station lies on the Hamilton Circle Line (part of the Argyle Line suburban rail network), a quarter-mile (0.5 km) southwest of the centre of Motherwell in North Lanarkshire. Referred to as Na h-Earbaill in Gaelic, this station was opened in 1989. It is preceded by Motherwell Railway Station, a half-mile (1 km) to the north, and followed by Hamilton Central, 2 miles (3 km) to the west southwest. Operated by ScotRail, Airbles Railway Station is unstaffed and is used by 104,490 passengers per annum (2009-10).
