Sgurr Fhuar-thuill

One of four peaks located north of Glen Strathfarrar, which are collectively known as the North Strathfarrar Ridge, Sgurr Fhuar-thuill rises to a height of 1049m (3442 feet) and is located within the Highland Council Area on the border of the former counties of Inverness-shire and Ross & Cromarty. Classified as a Munro, this peak is characterised by particularly steep northern faces. Its name is Gaelic and means "peak of the cold hollow".
