Am Faochagach

Located north of Loch Glascarnoch, in the Ross and Cromarty district of Highland Council Area, Am Faochagach rises to a height of 953m (3127 feet). Qualifying as a Munro, this is a massive rounded hill whose upper flanks have steep slopes leading to a flat summit dome. Its name originates from Gaelic and means "place of the shells".
