Hownam Law

A hill in the S Scottish Borders, topped by a particularly well-developed example of an Iron-Age hill-fort, Hownam Law rises to 449m (1472 feet) 4 miles (6.5 km) south southwest of Town Yetholm. The hill-fort comprises a prominent defensive wall containing numerous hut platforms.
