Parish of Clyne Clyne is a coastal parish, which lies in Highland Council Area, some 14 miles (22 km) northeast of Lairg and 15 miles (24 km) west of Helmsdale in Highland.It is located in the old county of Sutherland, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 305.6 sq. km (118 sq. miles).
