Parish of CullenCullen is a small coastal parish, which lies in Moray Council Area, some 6 miles (9 km) east of Buckie and 11 miles (18 km) northeast of Keith in Moray.
It is located in the old county of Banffshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 3.5 sq. km (1.3 sq. miles). Cullen has Fordyce and Rathven as its neighbouring parishes.
