Parish of Huntly

Huntly is a parish, which lies in Aberdeenshire Council Area, some 8 miles (13 km) southeast of Keith and 12 miles (19 km) east of Dufftown in Moray.

It is located in the old county of Aberdeenshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 50.8 sq. km (19.6 sq. miles) and includes the settlement of Huntly. Huntly has 6 neighbouring parishes; namely Cairnie, Drumblade, Forgue, Gartly, Glass and Rothiemay.
