Parish of BressayBressay is an island parish, which lies in Shetland Council Area, some 2 miles (3 km) east of Lerwick and 19 miles (31 km) southeast of Brae in Shetland and includes another small offshore island.
It is located in the old county of Shetland, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 27.8 sq. km (10.7 sq. miles).
