Parish of MeigleMeigle is a small parish, which lies in Perth and Kinross Council Area, some 7 miles (12 km) east of Blairgowrie in Perth and Kinross and 8 miles (13 km) southwest of Kirriemuir in Angus.
It is located in the old county of Perthshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 16.2 sq. km (6.2 sq. miles). Meigle has 5 neighbouring parishes; namely Airlie, Alyth, Coupar Angus, Eassie & Nevay and Newtyle.
