Parish of Kilbrandon and Kilchattan

Kilbrandon and Kilchattan is a small coastal parish, which lies in Argyll and Bute Council Area, some 10 miles (15 km) southwest of Oban and 18 miles (28 km) north of Lochgilphead in Argyll and Bute and includes 5 small offshore islands.

It is located in the old county of Argyllshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 19.9 sq. km (7.6 sq. miles). Kilbrandon and Kilchattan has Kilninver & Kilmelfort and Kilninver & Kilmelfort as its neighbouring parishes.
