Parish of St Monance

St Monance is a small coastal parish, which lies in Fife Council Area, some 9 miles (14 km) south of St Andrews and 12 miles (19 km) southeast of Cupar in Fife.

It is located in the old county of Fife, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 4.8 sq. km (1.8 sq. miles). St Monance has 4 neighbouring parishes; namely Carnbee, Elie, Kilconquhar and Pittenweem.
