Parish of Rousay and EgilsayRousay and Egilsay is an island parish, which lies in Orkney Council Area, some 13 miles (20 km) north of Kirkwall and 17 miles (27 km) northeast of Stromness in Orkney and includes 2 other small offshore islands.
It is located in the old county of Orkney, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 48 sq. km (18.5 sq. miles).
