Parish of HolmHolm is a coastal island parish, which lies in Orkney Council Area, some 5 miles (9 km) southeast of Kirkwall and 15 miles (24 km) east of Stromness in Orkney.
It is located in the old county of Orkney, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 34.5 sq. km (13.3 sq. miles). Holm has Kirkwall & St Ola and St Andrews & Deerness as its neighbouring parishes.
