Hoy and Graemsay is a coastal island parish, which lies in Orkney Council Area, some 5 miles (8 km) south of Stromness and 15 miles (25 km) southwest of Kirkwall in Orkney and includes another small offshore island.
It is located in the old county of Orkney, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 57.1 sq. km (22 sq. miles). Hoy and Graemsay lies next to Walls & Flotta parish.
