Jenni Falconer


1976 -

Television and radio presenter. Born in Glasgow, Falconer lived in Milngavie (East Dunbartonshire). She moved with her family to the South of England at the age of seven but returned north a few years later, attending the High School of Glasgow for a time, but then went back to England drawn by her father's work. She studied languages at the University of Leeds and, while there, made her television debut as a contestant on the game-show Blind Date. In 1995, she got her break as presenter of The Big Country for BBC Scotland. She became a reporter on the current affairs programme 3D and a presenter on the consumer show We Can Work It Out, hosting Entertainment Today from its launch in 2000. She also hosted the reality show I'm a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here in the Australian jungle in 2005. Since 2011, she has been involved in the ITV show This Morning. She was also presenter of Fantasy Homes by the Sea from 2013, and the same year joined Heart FM radio.
