Greg Drummond


1989 -

International curler. Born in Dundee and raised in Forfar, Drummond began curling at age 10 at school and later joined a local junior club. He was part of a team which came sixth at the World Junior Curling Championships in 2007. He was coached by Gordon Muirhead, father of Olympic curler Eve Muirhead (b. 1990) and went on to play with teams which won two silver medals at the World Curling Championships in 2011 and 2012, followed by a bronze in 2013. He was a member of the British team which took a silver medal at the Winter Olympics in Sochi (2014). He gained a degree in Business and Enterprise in Sport from Edinburgh Napier University (2018) and subsequently became a coach for British Curling. Drummond now lives and trains in Stirling.
