Linga

An island in the Vaila Sound, Linga lies a half-mile (1 km) west of Vadlure and a mile (1.5 km) south of Walls in the West Mainland of Shetland. Linga rises to a height of 28m (91 feet). Providing a home for 13 people in 1881 but only two in 1931, the island is now uninhabited.
