Ballechin WoodThe centre portion of a significant tract of coniferous forest in NE Perth and Kinross, Ballechin Wood lies between the rivers Tay and Tummel, 2 miles (3 km) south of Pitlochry. Ballechin Wood merges into Clunie Wood in the northwest and Logierait Wood in the southeast.
