Tummel, Strath A valley which extends from Loch Tummel in NE Perth and Kinross to Ballinluig, where the the River Tummel joins the River Tay. Upper Strath Tummel trends east and southeast as far as Loch Faskally, above Pitlochry, with Lower Strath Tummel extending further to the southeast to link with Strath Tay.
