Tobacco Merchant's House

Located on Miller Street in Glasgow's Merchant City, the Tobacco Merchant's House is the last surviving building of its type in the city. Built in 1775, it comprises seven bays and two-and-a-half storeys, with a doorway featuring fluted Corinthian pilasters. Acquired by the Glasgow Building Preservation Trust while in a ruinous state, it was restored in 1995 and now houses the Trust, alongside various architectural agencies and the Scottish Civic Trust.
