Cornalees Visitor Centre

(Cornalees Bridge Centre)

A visitor centre within Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, the Cornalees Bridge Centre lies in moorland next to the Compensation Reservoir below Loch Thom, 3 miles (5 km) south southwest of Greenock. Opened on the 26th July 1973, the centre represented the third stage in the growth of the park and offers walkers access to the Greenock Cut and Shieldhill Glen. The centre provides a base for park rangers, an education room and a small exhibition, together with a cafe and shop.
