Queen Elizabeth Bridge

The Queen Elizabeth Bridge conveys the A956 road over the River Dee between Ferryhill and Torry, ¾ mile (1.2 km) south of Aberdeen city centre. It comprises three low arches and was the work of Grampian Regional Council, opening in 1983. HM Queen Elizabeth II unveiled a plaque in August the following year to mark its official completion.
