A large reservoir in the Ross and Cromarty district of Highland Council Area, Loch Fannich lies to the north of Strath Bran, 18 miles (29 km) west of Dingwall. It is 7 miles (11 km) in length. To the north of the loch is the Fannich deer forest and a number of high peaks known as 'the Fannichs'.
