Beag, GleannA valley at the head of Glen Shee, in NE Perth and Kinross, Gleann Beag extends northeast from the Spittal of Glenshee for 5 miles (8 km) to the Cairnwell on the Aberdeenshire border. The A93 trunk road follows the route of an old military road through the glen to Braemar, which also contains the Allt a' Ghlinne Bhig, a tributary of the Shee Water.
