Dunalastair Reservoir

(Dunalastair Water)

Located 2½ miles (4 km) east of Kinloch Rannoch in Perth and Kinross Council Area, the Dunalastair Reservoir (also known as the Dunalastair Water) forms part of the Tummel Hydro-Electric Power Scheme. It was created in the 1930s by the damming of the River Tummel flowing eastwards out of Loch Rannoch.
