Edinburgh Bus Station

(St. Andrew Square Bus Station)

Located between Elder Street and St. Andrew Square in Central Edinburgh, Edinburgh Bus Station (once St. Andrew Square Bus Station) is the terminus for regional and national bus services. It has been in its present location since the 1950s but was completely rebuilt in 2003. Designed and finished to international airport standards by CDA architects, the concourse combines clean modern lines with fifteen stances and five layovers accommodated within a highly constrained site. Above is the Multrees Walk development, including Harvey Nichols and a host of other high-end retailers.
