Barlockhart Moor Wind Farm is a small wind power development located 1¼ miles (2 km) east of Glenluce in Dumfries and Galloway. It began as four large REpower MM92 turbines, each with a rotor diameter of 92.5m (303 feet), a height to blade tip of 115m (377 feet) and a power output of 2.05 MW. Developed and owned by West Coast Energy, it was completed in 2013 and contributes around £26,000 per annum to local projects through the Old Luce Community Trust. An extension to include a further four turbines, bringing the total output to 16.4 MW, has been proposed.
