Blair Atholl Station

A railway station in Perth and Kinross, Blair Atholl (Gael: Blàr Athall) lies on the Highland Line, to the west of the village of Blair Atholl. This station opened in 1863 on the former Inverness & Perth Junction Railway. It is preceded by Pitlochry Railway Station, 6 miles (10 km) to the southeast, and followed by Dalwhinnie, 19 miles (31 km) to the northwest. Operated by ScotRail, Blair Atholl Railway Station is unstaffed and is used by 11,572 passengers per annum (2009-10).
