Gallagher Shopping Park

A retail park in Port Glasgow (Inverclyde), on the southern shore of the Firth of Clyde, the Gallagher Shopping Park was developed by privately-held Gallagher Developments. The first phase opened in 2007 and comprised a 10,220 sq. m / 110,000 sq. foot Tesco Extra food store. The second phase includes a B&Q DIY warehouse and Costa drive-through, together with a Marstons pub and restaurant, which opened in 2014. The third phase opened in 2017 and includes Marks & Spencer, Next, Boots and Poundworld stores. The entire site extends to 33,120 sq. m (356,500 sq. feet) of retail space. Ediston Real Estate bought the site in 2015 for £15 million, on behalf of Strathclyde Pension Fund's Clydebuilt Fund. It is bisected by the Devol Burn.
