A small power station located on the Ard Veenish peninsula between Bay Hulavagh and Bay Hirivagh, on the northeast coast of the island of Barra in the Outer Hebrides, the Barra Power Station was built in 1990 and is diesel-powered, generating 2.1 MW of electricity.
