Parish of LintrathenLintrathen is a parish, which lies in Angus Council Area, some 8 miles (13 km) northwest of Kirriemuir in Angus and 11 miles (18 km) northeast of Blairgowrie in Perth and Kinross.
It is located in the old county of Forfarshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 92.5 sq. km (35.7 sq. miles). Lintrathen has 4 neighbouring parishes; namely Airlie, Cortachy & Clova, Glenisla and Kingoldrum.
