Parish of CaddonfootCaddonfoot is a parish, which lies in the Scottish Borders Council Area, some 8 miles (12 km) west of Melrose and 11 miles (18 km) east of Peebles in the Scottish Borders.
It is located in the old county of Selkirkshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 78.4 sq. km (30.2 sq. miles). Caddonfoot has 7 neighbouring parishes; namely Galashiels, Innerleithen, Melrose, Selkirk, Stow, Traquair and Yarrow. The boundaries of this parish were modified as a consequence of the Local Government (Scotland), 1894.
