Parish of MorebattleMorebattle is a parish bordering England, which lies in the Scottish Borders Council Area, some 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Kelso and 11 miles (17 km) east of Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders.
It is located in the old county of Roxburghshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.
The parish has an area of 91.2 sq. km (35.2 sq. miles). Morebattle has 4 neighbouring Scottish parishes; namely Eckford, Hownam, Linton and Yetholm.
