Diver. Born in Edinburgh, Reid was educated at George Watson's College and the University of Edinburgh, where she studied sports science. She attended her first Commonwealth Games in 2010 (Delhi), aged only fourteen, competing in the 3m springboard event. By the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2012, she was competing in both 1m and 3m springboard and was placed 5th and 9th respectively. Success led to a bronze and a gold medal at the European Championships in London (2016) and a silver medal at World Championships in Budapest (2017). Further silver and gold medals came at the European Championships in Glasgow the following year, followed by gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and 2022.
