A location with a church and school in a parish of the same name in Strathearn, Perth and Kinross, Findo-Gask lies on the Gask ridge, 6 miles (10 km) southwest of Perth. There are the remains of a series of Roman signal stations along a Roman road that passes to the south, while to the southwest is Gask House, built in 1801-05 for Laurence Oliphant of Gask.
Findo Gask Airfield operated 1941-48 at Clathymore, a mile (1.5 km) to the northeast.
