Abbotts Deuglie

In the Middle Ages the abbots of Cambuskenneth on the River Forth held title to the land around Abbots Deuglie, a hamlet of Perth and Kinross situated in the Ochil Hills a mile (1.5 km) to the west of Glenfarg. Glendeuglie, Abbots Deuglie and Wester Deuglie lie on a minor road leading over the hill from Glenfarg to Invermay and Forgandenny. Glenfarg Reservoir to the west was created in 1912.
