Talisker
Highland

A small village of the Isle of Skye, Highland Council Area, Talisker lies on the island's western coastline, 4 miles (6.5 km) west of Carbost and 3 miles (4 km) southeast of the headland of Rubha nan Clach. A distillery has been established here since 1830 and produces a single malt whisky referred to as the "lava of the Highlands". Talisker Bay lies to the west of Talisker.
