Moy
Highland

A hamlet and former railway station of Strath Dearn, in the Inverness district of Highland Council Area, Moy lies on the western shore of Loch Moy, 9 miles (14 .5 km) southeast of Inverness. Lying to the east of the A9 trunk road and main railway line running south from Inverness, Moy is a scattered hamlet. Moy Hall is the seat of Clan Mackintosh, although the present building was only completed in 1957 it was here Prince Charles Edward Stuart was entertained before Culloden.
