Dennyloanhead

Falkirk

A village in Falkirk Council area, Dennyloanhead is situated on a sloping site between the M876 Motorway and the Bonny Water. Much of the housing here dates from the later 20th century. The Railway Inn commemorates that there was once a station here on the Kilsyth and Bonnybridge Railway, operating between 1888 and 1935. Established in 1979 and situated to the southeast, the Bonnybridge Bond is a complex of large bonded warehouses for the maturation of whisky, which is now operated by the multinational Diageo.
