Situated on the east coast of the island of Islay, Argyll and Bute, Ardtalla is a tiny settlement lying immediately north of Claggain Bay and to the south of the headland of Rubha Laith. A single track road leads from Ardbeg, 7 miles (11 km) to the southwest.
