Ellenabeich
Argyll and Bute

A village on the west coast of Seil island (Argyll and Bute). It is linked to the smaller settlement of Easdale, which lies immediately to the east. Ellenabeich was a former centre of slate-mining in the 19th C. It provides a small passenger ferry to the small island of Easdale, across the narrow Sound of Easdale, which is operated by the Argyll and Bute Council.
