Ellenabeich
Argyll and ButeA village on the west coast of Seil island (Argyll and Bute). It is linked to the smaller settlement of Easdale, which lies immediately to the east. Ellenabeich was a former centre of slate-mining in the 19th C. It provides a small passenger ferry to the small island of Easdale, across the narrow Sound of Easdale, which is operated by the Argyll and Bute Council.
