A small settlement on the island of Mull, Kintra lies on the northwestern coastline of the Ross of Mull, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) southwest of the Rubha nan Cearc headland. Kintra Harbour is a picturesque shallow inlet opening out into the northern end of the Sound of Iona.
