Chryston
North LanarkshireSituated 8 miles (13 km) northeast of Glasgow between the Garnkirk Burn and the Bothlin Burn, the village of Chryston lies adjacent to the hamlet of Muirhead and southwest of Moodiesburn in North Lanarkshire. Chryston benefits from a High School, which serves surrounding communities, and a primary school.
The Crow Wood Golf Course is west of the village and nearby are the remains of Bedlay Castle.
