Situated immediately south of the River Ythan, 3 miles (5 km) northwest of Ellon in Aberdeenshire, Auchedly is a scattered community comprising Auchedly, South Auchedly, Mains of Auchedly, Mill of Auchedly and Quarrybrae of Auchedly.
