A location in Glen Dochart, Stirling Council Area, Luib lies on the A85 trunk road from Killin to Crianlarich. The Luib Hotel began as a drovers' inn in the 17th C. There was once a station here on the Callander and Oban Railway but it closed with the line in 1965.
