South Balloch

South Ayrshire

Located 3 miles (5 km) east of Barr in South Ayrshire, the settlement of South Balloch lies on the Balloch Burn close to its outflow into the River Stinchar. North Balloch lies on the opposite bank of the Stinchar, while Balloch Hill is situated within the Balloch Forest a half-mile (1 km) to the south.
