North Water Bridge

A small settlement in N Angus, North Water Bridge (occasionally Northwaterbridge) lies at the southern end of the Upper North Water Bridge over the River North Esk, which forms the border with Aberdeenshire to the north, 5 miles (8 km) northeast of Brechin and a similar distance southwest of Laurencekirk. The A90 trunk road crosses the river on a modern bridge immediately to the west.
