First Coast (Coast)
HighlandA small settlement in Wester Ross, First Coast (or simply Coast) lies on the south shore of Gruinard Bay 1½ miles (2 km) southeast of Laide. The equally peculiarly named settlement of Second Coast is situated a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the southeast.
